Danielle grew up in Waterloo where she went to Columbus High School and graduated in 1995. From there she went to the University of Northern Iowa to earn her bachelor’s degree in biology in 1999. She then attended The University of Iowa College of Dentistry where she graduated with her DDS in 2004. Dr. Stiegemeier spent the next 3 years on active duty in the US Navy where she completed a general practice residency at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, CA. From 2005-2007 she was the sole dental officer onboard the USS CARTER HALL. In 2007, Dr. Stiegemeier separated from the Navy and entered the endodontic residency at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. She received her certificate in endodontics in June 2009.

Dr. Stiegemeier is a member of the American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, and a specialist member of the American Association of Endodontists. Dr. Stiegemeier attends dental continuing education specialty courses annually.

Tanya is our dental assistant. She grew up on a small acreage in Little Turkey, IA where she graduated from Turkey Valley High School in 2006 and then entered Hawkeye Community College. There she earned her Associates of Arts degree and entered the Dental Assisting program. Tanya graduated the Dental Assisting program in 2010. She hopes to become expanded functions certified in the near future. On her off time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, and watching sports.
